Christmas in July

Weelllllll....It's actually Christmas is Aug, Sept, Nov., etc.......atleast in our household it is..BUT we went camping last weekend at our usual spot and it actually was Christmas in July. The campground was decorated in Christmas Tree's and snowman decoratations and such.. Santa even made an appearance to "Check in on the children to see if they were behaving". Poor Santa almost killed over with heat exhaustion though! Poor fellow..the only thing missing was COOL weather. The kids really had a great time. It is almost too hot to camp right now..We would not dream of going anywhere without a pool. That is the ONLY way to keep cool right now unless you stay in the camper all day. My best friend said that all we need to pack is a bathing suit and sleep clothes...It is true. Pack light! Anyway, we still have fun. Little man loves camping. We have been camping since he came home to us..He has grown up with it and nothing makes him happier. It is a great family hobby that we all enjoy. He is doing great. He is really excited about his first day of school and excpet for his little sassy mouth, he has been behaving. I have a feeling that he will learn the taste of soap REALLY soon. Boy oh Boy!
